In Episode 11 of Superman and Lois, "A Brief Reminiscence In-Between Cataclysmic Events", Morgan Edge uses a special device built by a leading Kryptonian scientist to track and read Superman's memories and get to know him as the real-life Clark Kent as well as the location of the Fortress of Solitude.

SUPERMAN'S LIFE JOURNEY BRIEFS IN 25 MINUTES
Superman's memory tracing helps us see the major milestones of his life after leaving the town of SmallVille in search of the answers about his identity and fate. The Krypton Stone helped him find the Fortress of Solitude and meet the minds of his biological father in hologram form, who helped him unlock his powers.
Growing up into an elegant man, Clark returned to SmallVille to reunite with his mother and intend to reconnect with his high-school flame Lana - but she was now engaged to Crushing.
Clark returned to Metropolis and applied to work as a reporter at the Daily Planet news agency. There he met Lois and the two fell in love, married, and welcomed their twins Jordan and Jonathan.
SUPERMAN'S FORCED SUBMISSION TO MORGAN EDGE
Taking the chance of Superman being drained out of his power due to the previous activation of the Eradicator, Morgan Edge threatens his family, forcing him to accept being brainwashed (mind transplanted) and submissive to Edge.
Edge brings Superman to his home - the Fortress of Stone, created from the Kryptonian Stone he brought with him when he was sent to Earth. Here exists the mind hologram of Edge's father, who is still masterminding and directing all of his diabolical plans.
Edge uses the Eradicator to transplant Superman into another personality. At home, Lois phones John Henry Irons (Marcus) to tell what is happening to Superman.
