In Episode 13/15 of Superman & Lois Season 2 - "All Is Lost", after absorbing all of Tal-Rho's life energy in the flat world, Ally flies to Main Earth to absorb Clark's power.

With no advance defense, Clark is easily defeated by Ally and sucked all of his power. John and Natalie arrive to help, but it's too late, all of Clark's powers have been sucked up.
After gaining the super strength of two Kryptonians, Ally drags two Earths together to start what may be the merging process.
Clark is saved but still unconscious, tests showed that his cells completely look like a normal human, perhaps he had completely lost his super powers.
