Appearing in Ellen's Show in May 2019, Aquaman Jason Momoa flexed his muscles to show his ax throwing talent, instead of play with the trident as in the movie.
Impressed by his talent as a real sportsman, Ellen set a award-winning challenge for him: to hit the bottles of cash with the ax as many as he could within 45 seconds. All the credits shall be donated to a Hawaii-based organization aimed at saving the environment.
The organizers thought that Aquaman would make $10,000 at his bests, so they prepared a big cheque of such amount only.
But Jason Momoa outperformed that target. He actually scored $31,000, so Ellen must pick up the brush to re-write the cheque amount.
