Recently, "Shadow and Bone" star Ben Barnes has written and recorded a number of music products – like rekindling a passion for a no-windy singer dream in his 20s.

Shadow and Bone has received generally positive reviews from critics, with an 88% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and an audience rating score of 7.7 out of 10 on Imdb.

According to Netflix's figures, the 2021 series had 55 million viewers in its first 28 days of release, making it the 8th most watched English TV show of all time.

Despite being a villain, Ben Barnes' character, The Darkling - General Kirigan, wins the heart of fans. This role even earned him the IMDb Fan Favorite STARmeter Award.

The British star born in 1981 was briefly a singer in the boyband Hyrise, running to represent the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004 with the song "Leading Me On". However, they lost to James Fox with "Hold Onto Our Love".

Later, Ben mainly worked in the field of stage and film. His memorable playing roles include Prince Caspian in The Chronicles of Narnia series, Logan Delos in Westworld, Billy Russo in The Punisher and most recently General Kirigan in the Netflix series Shadow and Bone.

Over a number of years, single Ben also composed and recorded a number of albums, mainly for entertainment. The recent songs he composed include 11:11, Rise Up, Ordinary Day which are released on Spotify, Apple Music ... Live versions are also posted on his Youtube channel.

According to unofficial information, the filming for Shadow and Bone Season 2 would begin in January 2022 and last until July. It is expected that the film will be broadcast in early 2023. The producer has set expectations for a series of 5-7 seasons.
