Accident Man: Hitman's Holiday 2022 is the sequel to the 2018 film of the same name starring Scott Adkins as Mike Fallon. Contrary to the first installment in which Mike was the one who actively orchestrated accidents to eliminate his enemies, this time he is in a passive role, having to defend himself and run from the attacks of the world's top assassins.

While on a dreamy vacation in Malta, Mike accidentally gets entangled in the web of the mafia boss of this country, Mrs. Zuuzer. Assassin Yendi was born in Ghana, named after the town he was abandoned in. He has a penchant for drinking the blood of the victims he kills. Just by licking the taste of blood, he can tell what type of blood it is, how rare it is and whether the victim has any virus. He should have practiced blood testing without medical equipment.
Beau Fowler … Poco The Killer Clown
Poco was born in a brothel, and has practiced killing in the guise of a clown. Anything can become Poco's weapon, even a "hammer" made from a block of concrete tied to a stick. Poco does not feel pain, and the more he is in pain, the more energetic and dangerous he becomes.
Peter Lee Thomas … Silas
Silas is the Strangler from San Francisco. He has a handsome appearance that is not inferior to Brad Pitt's and used to be a professional model. His modeling career ended when a photographer blatantly called him "fat" and he strangled the the poor victim to death. His strength is his mighty and clever hands, specializing in squeezing the victim to death like an anaconda.
Andreas Nguyen (Andy Long) … Oyumi
Oyumi is a talented swordsman. He has the chance to kill Dante but gives up in exchange for the chance to duel Mike who is legendary to him. He even almost killed Mike if it wasn't for godfather Big Ray's intervention.
Zara Phythian … Freya du Preez
Freya Du Preeze, Angel of Death, is employed by Interpol in Johannesburg. Used to be an old friend of Mike's, but Freya chooses a bonus of $ 1 million instead of the life of her friend. She has a knack for using submachine guns and daggers.
