We had Christ Evans as Captain America on Avengers' universe for 9 years from 2011 until the endgame in 2019. Let's have a look to see if there was any change to his looking over the years during that period.

In "The Avengers" 2012, Steeve Rogers was a World War II veteran who was enhanced to the peak of human physicality by an experimental serum and frozen in suspended animation before waking up in the modern world. He is joined by Iron Man, Thor, Hulk in the formation of a so-called SHIELD to protect Earth from the destructive conspiracy by evil forces led by Loki.
In "The Winter Soilder" 2014, As Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world, he teams up with a fellow Avenger and S.H.I.E.L.D agent, Black Widow, to battle a new threat from history: an assassin known as the Winter Soldier.
The Winter Soilder was in fact Sergeant James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes, a World War II veteran who was once rescued by Steeve Rogers. Presumbly missing in action, he was found by the Soviet Union and HYDRA, and was experimented on to have superhuman abilities and subsequently brainwashed to become an America's enemy.
In "The Age of Ultron", an Artificial Intelligence Peacekeeping Program created by Tony Stark using the decrypted code derived from the Mind Stone encased within Loki's own Scepter has become both the allies and enemies of the Avengers. Ultron's objective was to protect Earth from any and all domestic and extraterrestrial threats coming within the future.
However it soon deemed humanity itself as the greatest threat to peace on the Earth and planned to wipe out all humanity. He and his plans were ultimately foiled by the Avengers, while his final body was destroyed by Vision.
In "Civil War" 2016, after Avengers leave some collateral damage, political pressure takes actions to impose some kind of accountability and controlling system on them. This status quo creates the disagreements among the Avengers and divides them into 2 sides, each led by Steve Rogers and Tony Stark.
They engage in a fight among themselves just to discover how much they love and need each other.
In "Endgame" 2019, the remaining Avengers and allies assemble once more to undo the blitz of Thanos to restore the order to Earth. Captain America for the first time uses the famous Hammer of Thor in the fight against Thanos.
Also in this movie, Steeve Rogers comes back to the past and have a romantic happy life as a normal people. Getting old, he comes back to the present and decides to path away from the Captain America role.
