In the episode "The Heiress" (Chapter 11) of The Mandalorian Season 2, Mando successfully brings the Frog Lady to moon Trask to reunite with her husband - the Frog Man, where he meets with three other Mandalorians and joins them in a heartbreaking mission to hijack an Empiral arms carrier.

Mando's Razor Chrest makes a spectacular landing ... underwater on Trask and a giant crane crane is used to salvage it. From that moment, it looks like a pile of metal scrap. The pink Lady Frog is greeted by her blue husband in joy and they raise the hope that the eggs would hatch (and yes, at least one of them). The moon Trask is full of aquatic species in human bodies that remind us of the Dragon Palaces in China's Journey to the West.
Mando is then guided by the Frog Man to visit a nearby inn to get some information about other Mandalorians. There, Mando makes a deal with a Quarren - an squid-faced species that appeared to be fairly crowded on Trask's moon - to be taken to the location of other Mandalorians at a hefty cost.
On Quarrens' ship, Mando and Baby Yoda are invited to watch how a mamacore - a starving aquatic creature being raised in a mound in the middle of the boat - is being fed. However, it turns out to be a trap by the Quarrens on the ship to make Mando and the Child the mamacore's meal, in order to usurp Mando's precious beskar armor.
While Mando is in no way to escape, three people in the form of Mandalorians, wearing colorful beskar armors show up and rescue him and the Child. They include Koska Reeves (Mercedes Varnado), Ax Woves (Simon Kassianides), and the leader is Bo-Katan (Katee Sackhoff).
Bo-Katan revealed several secrets: she was born in Mandalore (the only survivor or the last in the line) and fought against the Empire during the Purge. Mando is also known as "Child of the Watch" - the devoted Madalorians who can bring Mandalorian society back to its original pure form.
Unable to find a common voice, Mando takes Baby Yoda and flys away. However, a group of Quarrens ambushes him for revenge on the dock. Bo-Katan's group appeare and save him again.
Now, of course, there would be more willingness from Mando to talk with them. He wants Bo-Katan to help in finding other Jedi for Baby Yoda to reunite. Bo-Katan is willing to help on one condition: He must help them on their mission to attack an Empire's weapon-carrying spacecraft.
The mission is completed largely thanks to the talent and courage of Mando, in which the most spectacular incident is to save the ship from the suicidal driving down by its captain. Mando is consulted by Bo-Katan to find Calodan city on the first planet of Corvus to meet a Jedi named Ahsoka Tano.
