In Episode 3 of WandaVision in the Avengers Universe, Wanda's pregnancy grows abnormally fast and within a few days she gives birth to two boys, expected to be named Tommy and Billy. Many incidents in the episode suggests that Wanda is deliberately hiding a certain truth and reality from Vision.

While Vision goes out to obtain the doctor to help Wanda with the baby delivery, Geraldine the neighbor visits Wanda and unknowingly becomes Wanda's helper when the first baby is born. When Vision and the doctor get home, Wanda gives birth to a second child.
