Based on information from the surveillance drone, the YPJ Women's Defense Unit helps to identify two groups, ISIS and Al-Sham, while the third group is still unknown. ISIS is a terrorist group with a strong network and capacity to organize major attacks, while Al-Sham is emerging and ambitious; so either of them is likely the culprits that attacked the Crampton Destroyer.

A civilian evacuation camp receives an Al-Sham member who surrenders and asks for help to get home. He is an Iraqi teenager named Hamal.

From Hamal's information, Sonny and Omar are assigned to rescue a girl and her father who are being used by Al-Sham snipers as baits to kill those who try to save them. Omar is now officially called as Bravo 2 had a beautiful sniper performance and smart coordination with Sonny in the rescue mission.

Also from Hamal's information, the 3rd group is identified as from Chechnya (Chechen). Initially, based on the fact that the  IP address that was live before the Chechen group arrived, Jason temporarily localizes the IP  to this group; however, after Chechen withdraw, the IP still lights, so everything becomes confusing.

Ray believes that the target group intentionally bounces the IP into soldiers' phones to hide the real IP and distract any tracking. Ray and Jason agree to install a BLE sniffer on Harmal's phone, and ask the boy to return to Al-Sham's command camp, near the server to seed into the system. It is promised that when the job is done, Bravo will help bring the boy home.

Omar opposes this plan because it is risky for Hamal, but Jason declares, "My team, my call". The plan succeeds, but Hamal is shot dead by Al-Sham as soon as he steps out of the camp.

Meanwhile, at the Joint Chiefs' committee meetings, Davis struggles and is rather alone in defending her presentation about the importance of special war in the general context, and the need to raise the safety of Seal units in their missions. The person who continues to oppose her is Major Gerretsen - who graduated from the Naval Academy and always proved to be sharp in his arguments.

Admiral Stevens invites Davis for a lunch, during which she advises her to lobby to find common ground, align the objectives with in order to gain the support of other members in the committee.

Ray starts as instructor at the Blue Team as his dream; and every job has its own challenges and difficulties.
