The tenth season of The Walking Dead series have been premiered through 2019 - 2020 on AMC with a mid-season break for a few months. It was developed for television by Frank Darabont, based on the eponymous series of comic books by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard. The executive producers are Kirkman, David Alpert, Scott M. Gimple, Angela Kang, Greg Nicotero, Joseph Incaprera, Denise Huth, and Gale Anne Hurd.

The series mainly focuses on the off-and-on confrontations between the survivors settled in Hilltop, Oceanside and Alexandria with the Whisperers in skin masks led by Alpha (then Beta) and accompanied by a growing hoard of dead walkers.
While the survivors tend to pursue a peaceful and no-war life, Alpha in contrast planned many spy plots, sabotage and attacks to defeat and eliminate them.
