In The Witcher series starring Henry Cavill, the character Geralt is often associated with "of Rivia", but in fact Geralt does not come from this city and he also has nothing to do with it originally.

Geralt meets Yennefer for the first time in an impressive and rocky situation, Ciri finds comfort among the dryads.

Yennefer abandons her position as mage to Aedirn's court, and lives a free life not being bound by the rules of the Brotherhood of Sorcerers. She earns a living by providing services of magical cures, remedies and illusions to ordinary people. Her old teacher Tissaia meets with and persuades her to come back to Aretuza to work as a master, but she declines.

The Witcher - Henry Cavill - Season 1 Episode 3 - Betrayer Moon

In Episode 3, Betrayer Moon, Geralt lifts the curse on a striga in a deadly fight, and Yennefer makes a perfect change in appearance.

In Temeria, the out-of-money Geralt  is convinced by spirited sorceress Triss to save a monster born by Adda  - the sister of King Foltest.  Through many researches and investigations, Geralt finds out that such monster is actually a striga—a woman transformed into a monster by a curse, as a result of King Foltest impregnating his sister.

Filming for Season 3 of The Witcher series has begun in Slovenia, in a snowy winter setting. The first photo at the set includes 3 main characters: Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer.

The Witcher - Henry Cavill - Season 1 Episode 1 - The End's Beginning

In The Witcher's Episode 1, Geralt fights with and kills a monstrous behemoth in the swamp before riding to the nearby village of Blaviken to find the alderman for bounty. 

He arrives in a bar where he faces hostility from local men, then a lady named Renfri helps him to ease the situation. It is later revealed to him that the behemoth he killed is not the one of demand. A local girl named Marilka approaches and persuades him to visit Stregobor wizard to exchange the monster's corpse for money.

The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf in the fight against Mages and Elves 🎥

The animated film "The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf" is set in the year 1165 when Geralt is about 5 years old, following the fight of Vesemir (Geralt's Master) against the massacre led by the mageTetra with the support of the elves. This is a great battle between Witchers, Mages and Elves.
